The staff were really helpful, which is why I'm giving three stars, but the room looked nothing like the photo. We hadn't been told the place was being renovated, and pipes were being carried inside at 12:00pm. The room seemed to have flooded at some point and hadn't been repainted. It wasn't very clean, and the drying rack in the cupboard was disgusting. The bathroom doorknob kept falling off, and the mattress had such a deep dent that I had to sleep upside down because it was so uncomfortable. I'm sorry I chose it based on the reviews. For this price I could have found much better, if only it had parking.

Apartment 16 was on the first floor and had two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen. It was roomy, with a spacious bed in each bedroom, bathroom towels, and a kitchen stocked with what we needed to cook, eat, and drink. It's close to Iulius Mall, the bus station, Kaufland, and Lidl. The staff were friendly, and it was a nice place for a few days in Cluj. One suggestion: the ladies could be more thorough when cleaning the apartment.

The rooftop garden has a mini pool and a lovely view when the sun sets. It was a good experience.

I've booked apartments at Urbio Private Suites many times and have never been disappointed. The prices are quite reasonable for such upscale apartments, and the staff are friendly, attentive, and clearly care about making the stay enjoyable. It's a lovely mix of affordability and luxury. Definitely worth checking out!
