The room was clean when we got there, but a strange smell hung around the whole time. The toilet kept leaking, too. We stayed for almost a week and only had one towel each.

We found the bedbugs after four nights, and my husband had a severe allergic reaction to the bites. I had to urgently find somewhere else to stay, which ruined my vacation. The place is central and cheap, but I wouldn't recommend it. It wasn't very clean, the furniture was mismatched and seemed gathered from wherever they could find it, and the chairs were worn. There's no sign showing where to go, so without Google Maps it's hard to find. I also hadn't received the entry code before arriving and had to call for access. Luckily, someone answered even though it was Sunday.

The apartment was really clean. It's a pretty nice place, even if it isn't anything breathtaking.

It's central, though a bit strange.

The owners are quick to answer calls and messages, and the place is clean, warm, and well located in central Cluj. I'd recommend it!
