Wyndham Cluj

The room had a very bad view, and getting there meant taking two separate elevators. If we missed them, we would've had to go outside to reach our room. The staff could've been more helpful. Parking outside was paid, while I don't know the cost of the underground option with the car elevator because we didn't try it. The room itself was spacious and good, but outside noise came through even with the windows shut. The pool was large, though the water could've been warmer. Breakfast was poor, with very few choices. We had to order from a paper menu and waited about 20 minutes for the food.

The spa stood out, especially the pool with its view over the city. Breakfast was good, the rooms were good, and the staff provided excellent service. Parking felt quite cramped, though that seems normal for a hotel in a big city like Cluj. I was very satisfied with the hotel.

I really enjoyed the pool and the restaurant. The service was very professional, especially from Larisa at reception. She was caring on the phone, when I met her in person, and later while helping me leave the hotel by car.

During our three-day stay, nobody cleaned our room or replaced the towels. For a four-star hotel, that was unacceptable. The heating didn't work either. When I told the staff, they gave us a small portable heater, but it couldn't heat a 63-square-meter room.
