We felt at home as soon as we arrived. The owners were welcoming without making a big fuss, like we were old friends. Our room was cosy, with huge, clean beds, and Youthink hostel served the best breakfast I’ve ever had at a hostel, including homemade jam from their garden. Such a lovely place with real soul.

I could happily have stayed for a whole week. It’s a beautiful house with a great garden, lots of thoughtful details, and lovely people. The music, pets and breakfast were all things I enjoyed. Thanks, guys, this was the best hostel I’ve ever seen!

Set in a refurbished old house, it’s clean, cosy and welcoming, with its own parking. The centre is about a 15-20 minute walk away. There are two bathrooms for three rooms. That wasn’t an issue for me, even though I think the place was nearly full. Breakfast is basic but enough. Don’t be scared of the dogs, go play with them! Couples can get double beds in the shared rooms.

I especially loved the calm, welcoming feel around the house, which made me want to stay longer. The common areas are beautifully designed, with lots of handmade crafts. There’s a big garden and private parking, plus free tea and coffee during the day. Breakfast is free and delicious, with homemade jams. Claudia, the artist at reception, even baked us a lovely cake with fruit and nuts from the garden. The kitchen has plenty of equipment and even seasonings, so you can cook whenever you like. Whenever I asked for help, people were kind and quick to respond. There were enough toilets and showers, and the shower room was warm, which matters a lot to me. The beds were comfortable and good quality, with curtains, reading lamps and other useful little touches. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the old town centre, or 5 minutes to the nearest grocery store or bus stop. One of the cosiest, loveliest hostels I’ve stayed in.

The dorms are roomy and give you some privacy. The shared kitchen and showers were clean, and the common areas felt spacious. It’s cosy and nicely decorated, with a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. Great hostel!
