What made our one night in Bell Epoque so memorable was the breakfast Claudia put together after we asked for something light. The fruit and vegetables were presented beautifully. She also greeted us at the door, showed us around and shared the hotel’s history. Claudia had even explained the parking options in advance, which helped us find a spot in the pedestrian area of the historic center without trouble. There was a welcome gift in our room, too. We were in Constanta’s old town looking for somewhere with atmosphere, and this place, with its interior design by the remarkable owner, really delivered. We’d love to come back, dear Claudia!

We could walk to the beach without too much trouble, and restaurants and other sights are close by in the old town. The roof terrace has lovely views, and breakfast was a generous spread. The air conditioning worked well. It’s a small, very nice hotel, with lovely staff and a host, Claudia, who speaks English very well. Highly recommend it.

The owner’s welcome was the part that stayed with me most. The hotel and room are beautiful, and breakfast was the best I’ve ever had. A real place to find art and peace in Constanta. Thanks for a great stay.

I’ve stayed here four times when visiting town, and my coworkers have come about a dozen times. Claudia and her daughter always give amazing service. There are at least six individually designed rooms, and breakfast on the roof with a view over the city is a great way to start the morning.
