The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and there are grocery stores 500-600 meters away. A farmers' market and a Beryozka store are about a 10-minute walk in the opposite direction. The apartment isn't right on the beach, so you'll need to walk or take a taxi to reach the sea. It has a courtyard with a barbecue, a separate kitchen, several rooms, two bathrooms, a washing machine, an iron, and an ironing board. The kitchen has everything needed, including a gas stove, microwave, and toaster. It does get hot at night, though. There was one fan for each of the two rooms, but no air conditioning. The friendly owner greeted us when we arrived, showed us around, and explained everything. It's a great place to relax.
