Cozy Flat 5

The apartment feels like a story from another, more elegant time, and I can't wait to return. Even though I'm no longer there, I can close my eyes and picture the sun on the armchair on the chic wrought-iron balcony. From it, I could see the lacework on the interwar building, blue sky and green trees, and hear birds. I could happily spend the whole day there. Inside, the bedroom had a welcoming dressing table, a big inviting bed beneath a high ceiling and majestic chandelier, plus a comfortable armchair and gorgeous wardrobe. The sunny living room was spacious, with imposing windows and a rounded corner. A table and chairs gave it an old-fashioned feel. The yellow sofa, soft armchair and fireplace made it cozy, and sunlight reached every corner. I looked outside and smiled. The bathroom mixed new and old in a surprising, tasteful way. A chic hallway had a coat rack and shoe rack, leading to a small kitchen equipped with everything needed. There were three kinds of coffee cups, an iron, hair dryer, cutlery and dishes, hob and oven, dishwasher, two TVs, a huge bed and sofa bed, private central heating, AC, and more. I felt at home, and with my beloved husband I felt more beautiful and feminine. The building itself has massive doors, parquet floors and a grand circular staircase. I went down holding a polished wooden rail and admired its lacework. The staircase's unfriendly pink paint and lack of care weren't to my taste, and the parquet clearly hadn't been polished in a long time, but I could still see its former grandeur and potential. The apartment stairs haven't been renovated, and I did have to climb some steps, but neither bothered me. Parking wherever we could was the one possible inconvenience, though we managed. Communication with the hosts was excellent. I highly recommend the place.
