The location is good and the rooms are new and look nice, but nobody seems to clean them. Our bathroom was filthy, with hair, dust, used cotton pads, and dirty towels. We cleaned it ourselves because the other available rooms were just as dirty. When we asked for compensation, the staff offered only a full refund if we left or the option to stay and put up with it. No common sense. Not worth the price.

EKA Residence is a great hotel near the train station in Constanta. The staff are friendly, the rooms are comfortable and have air conditioning, and the breakfast buffet is delicious.

The rooms were fresh and very clean, and the reception staff were polite. A really good experience, just perfect!

It's a new, clean hotel close to Gara. But there was no air conditioning, and the steakhouse restaurant downstairs wasn't operating.

There isn't an Eka restaurant, just the hotel. You can find lots of different restaurants nearby.
