Hotel Ana

The hotel was clean and in a very nice location, and most of the staff were lovely. But the last morning left a bad impression. I don’t drink coffee or tea, so I asked for juice at breakfast. That had been fine the first morning, but a young woman who seemed uninterested in service told me, “We don’t have juice!” I knew they did, so I went to reception and bought some. Maybe the owner should show her how to treat guests better. I won’t pay to stay somewhere with rude staff. That took it from five stars down to three.

We only stayed one night, but the small room was comfortable, spotless, and had everything we needed. The hotel staff were very friendly.

The room itself was nice, with a big, comfortable bed, but several things made the stay difficult. There were only 3 spaces in the free parking lot, so when it was full we had to find a place on the street. The Wi-Fi was terrible in the evening. I had work to do and ended up using my phone as a hotspot because the hotel connection wouldn’t work. The balcony was only 30 cm, and I was afraid I’d fall if I stood on it. The minibar wasn’t refilled after the room was cleaned, and the bathroom was so small I barely had room to sit on the toilet.

The staff were so warm, friendly, and lovely, and the rooms were clean. Breakfast was good too. I’ll definitely come back.
