We arrived without a reservation after turning down another hotel in a different location. The receptionist was kind and helpful, and the large room exceeded our expectations. We didn't try the breakfast this time, but will next time. The vacation turned out better than we'd planned, and we'll definitely return.

A nicely located hotel for business or shopping at City Park Mall, with a private beach, park, and dolphinarium all within a 5-10 minute walk. Good for relaxing too.

Everything was good, from the room to the food. Very nice, I'd come back.

The location was good and the air conditioning worked nicely, but I wasn't impressed with the hotel. The room wasn't clean and didn't even have sheets.

The breakfast was tasty, but the beds were really uncomfortable. The rooms and bathrooms need renovating.
