iLov Black Sea Constanta

The photos made the place look better than it was in person. We’d booked two studios with balconies on Booking, but the owner insisted he could only provide one with a balcony and one without, saying the other belonged to his ex-wife. He also said he’d give us a ground-floor unit. That one had an awful musty smell, a shower covered in limescale, and dust and dirt behind the bed. When we raised it, the owner told us to turn on the air conditioning. There was no parking. At 330 lei per night, I’d choose a hotel.

There were cockroaches, the shower doors and entrance door were broken, and the place looked nothing like the pictures. Card payment wasn’t available.
