From the street, this could pass for an ordinary apartment building. Inside, though, the craftsmanship and quality are obvious. We stayed in the Regal Suite and felt like royalty. The decorative ceilings and elegant curtains caught my eye, along with the stylish living area and plush bedding. Even the kitchenware was premium. Every detail seemed carefully chosen, with high-end finishes throughout. We’d love to come back.

The room itself was warm, well designed, and furnished with good quality pieces. Everything worked as it should, and our contact was polite and helpful. But the stay was stressful because of two serious problems. My girlfriend and I spent three nights there and killed at least 20 small to medium cockroaches. They were everywhere, all the time. When we reported it, the staff said they already knew and had brought in pest control, but it hadn't worked. They rented the room while knowing it was infested. They offered us another room, but we turned it down after a loud party in a different apartment on our first night. Our room was on the ground floor, and moving higher would have put us closer to the noise. We didn't want to risk more parties on the following nights. Music pounded until 3 AM, ending with fireworks. Without those two issues, the place would have been great, but the experience as a whole was unpleasant.

I’m so glad I picked this place. The apartment, atmosphere, bedsheets, and service were all lovely, and the devices were easy to use. The staff were kind and ready to help with anything. They even surprised us with a bottle of wine. I’ll definitely be back.
