The owner is very friendly, and the location is right in the center. They’re always happy to offer hot coffee. The place was clean and had enough furnishings, though the room felt a little small and meant climbing lots of stairs. The kitchen supplies weren’t enough for three people, and there’s no balcony or garden to use.

The hosts were especially welcoming and ready to help with any request. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and everything was very clean, including the towels and bed linen. The neighborhood is quiet, yet not far from the center or the beach. There’s an inner courtyard where you can relax outside with a drink or a meal. Thanks for such a wonderful stay, and congratulations. I highly recommend this accommodation! 😊

For the price, I think this is really good value, maybe even ideal. The rooms are modern and minimalist, which suits my taste, with good cleanliness, modern furniture, and a private bathroom. I’ve stayed in other places at the same price, and they were totally different. The area is quiet, so students can study without the noise you might get in an apartment block. It works well for tourists too. A good option to rent during the school year.

The attic rooms are hot and dirty, and the cramped property is tucked between houses, far from the beach. The rooms don’t have ISU approval. They won’t take payment by bank card, and no receipt is issued.
