I had a reservation and went to the property, but nobody was there. I called the number on the door, and the person who answered rudely asked, “Why are you calling?” This was in mid-March. I understand it was low season, but they could have taken the listing off Expedia. I also contacted Expedia customer service, and their agent called the hotel and got the same treatment. I’d never recommend this hotel.

We booked the place and drove to the hotel or villa, but nobody was there. When we called, the owner was rude and obnoxious instead of apologizing, and never came to meet us. We had to spend quite a while dealing with Expedia to cancel and change our booking. Absolutely not recommended.

I only stayed one night, and it was OK overall. The receptionist offered me a coffee for free 😊
