The owner was grumpy and didn’t treat customers with respect. When I asked him to arrange for someone to clean the dirty, dusty room, he started shouting and attacking himself. The beds were terrible, with springs sticking out of the mattresses, and water poured from the air conditioner. Leaving the balcony door open brought in cockroaches. Hot water was limited too: after more than five minutes in the shower, there was no hot water for four hours. Much worse than I expected. Nasty!!!

The person who answered, whether the owner or someone else, spoke to me impatiently when I called to change my booking, saying things like “come quickly because you’re keeping me up to date” and “come on.” Changing the reservation wasn’t possible, so if I go, I’ll have to pay for an extra night. Miserable service. Customers shouldn’t be treated with that kind of disrespect.

The staff left a lot to be desired. I’d paid for a double room without an extra bed, but when I arrived the owner said he was in a hurry and put me in a room with an extra bed without asking. Two days later he called me over and said I had to pay extra for that bed. He also complained when I turned on the air conditioning. There was no Wi-Fi despite the listing saying there was. Towels, shampoo, soap, and other basics were missing. The old sheets were stained and had cigarette burns, the mattress springs stuck out so badly it was impossible to sleep, and there were ants, mosquitoes, and other insects in the room.

My bookings were cancelled on Booking for no reason. I’ve tried calling but can’t reach anyone, and sent emails every day for a week without a reply. Shame on you!
