You can see the whole sea from the room balcony, which is an amazing sight to wake up to and step outside for in the morning. The place is right by the beach and worth what you pay, though being on the road where tourists pass makes it a little noisy, but not too much. The rooms were clean and the staff were really good.

Room 2 was awful. The smell of a dump was so bad that we couldn't sleep, so we left the guest house at 11 pm. They had no other room to offer us, which meant taking our things and moving to another hotel that late. The owner said he couldn't smell anything and didn't acknowledge the odor, but he was lying. Avoid this horrible place.

The rose garden was lovely, green and peaceful, and everything was nearby: fast food, restaurants, markets, the bus station and the railway station. Reception was available around the clock. The rooms were clean, and the view was gorgeous. From bed, you could see, smell and hear the Black Sea.

The staff are warm, friendly and there when you need them, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. It's a beautiful spot for seaside sunrises and making memories. I'd always want to come back.

The beach is just 40 meters away, with nearby amenities including a restaurant, fast food and a small market store. The people were nice, the garden was cool, and the view was grand.
