The guesthouse is in a quiet area. There’s a short unpaved stretch on the way in, but it causes no problems. It has what you need: clean rooms, friendly staff, parking in the yard, a barbecue and a gazebo. The rooms are large, with the necessary equipment and comfortable beds, and there’s hot water around the clock. The bathroom had a few small issues, but they could be fixed. The kitchen has the essentials, with a generous dining area and a refrigerator. Congratulations to the owners for what they offer their guests.

The main drawback is getting there on foot from the main road. The unpaved lane is covered in broken gravel, so thin-soled shoes aren’t a good choice. I was careful but still got holes or cracks in the soles of my city shoes. Car access is okay, and there are about 5-6 parking spaces. The courtyard also has a large gazebo and a big brick barbecue. For larger groups or people staying several days, the guesthouse staff can prepare meals. There are 20 rooms, which is quite a lot for a guesthouse, and they’re very clean and well equipped. Both kitchens are equally well equipped.

The guesthouse is in a lovely spot, but the administrator seemed unable to handle the booking properly. I reserved a double bed a week ahead and was called three times to confirm, even four hours before my stated arrival. Then, somehow, the only room available had two separate beds beside the kitchen. If you're travelling 300 km, ask her for an advance payment so you don't end up sleeping in your car. Shame on the administrator.
