We only used the spa and didn't stay at the hotel, so this is just about that experience. There are no rules against bringing children into the spa, and this place is no exception. A family of four brought two children who screamed throughout the area, showing no regard for the other guests. The staff didn't step in to protect customers' interests. I found the behavior and lack of consideration deplorable. If you're after a spa experience, I wouldn't recommend it. It felt like a circus, or a theme park with none of the fun. Horrible experience.

We've picked this hotel for the sixth time, and we're more than pleased. The rooms are spotless and well equipped, the service is outstanding, from housekeeping to the restaurant, and the medical treatment is an added value. Whatever the weather, there's something to do: running, hiking, trails, biking, or ATV. The destination is gorgeous. Inside, there's a gym, both kinds of sauna, a jacuzzi, and a 14m pool. Breakfast is a Swedish buffet included in the room price, and there's plenty of food. You can order throughout the day too, and it's pretty haute-cuisine, with sections for children and vegetarians. These people are professionals and know business. Highly recommended. One caution if you're exploring: there are bears, so take whistles at least, bear-spray, and hike in groups. We also saw deer, foxes, and all kinds of small, harmless wildlife. There are several nearby springs with fresh and mineral water, plus designated spots for open-air barbecues. Local police and mountain police guard the area, so there's nothing to fear.

The staff were kind, the service was good, and the food was excellent.

The spa area felt relaxing and welcoming, and everything was clean and smelled nice. The massage therapists left me feeling like brand new. Our room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and linens, and the bathroom had a walk-in shower and everything we needed. The restaurant offered a good variety of tasty food, and the staff were friendly. The hotel is in a quiet spot near the forest. It was a pleasant stay.
