We were there for just one night and I hadn't expected much. The room turned out to be big and very warm. Craiova Christmas Market is really close, under five minutes on foot.

I'd rather have stayed outside where I could at least breathe fresh air. The AC didn't work, they wouldn't accept EUR, and there wasn't a single bottle of water. Nobody smiled except one guy. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

The breakfast was dull to the point of sadness, and the hot water actually ran out in the morning. Maintenance was extremely poor. I had low expectations for what felt like an end-of-the-world kind of city, but this was still a very poor choice. I was glad to move to a proper place in the city.

They greeted us warmly, but the rest was disappointing. The bathroom lighting was poor, some walls were damaged, and there was no view. Breakfast still hadn't been served with 10 minutes to go. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

The employees had a bad attitude and weren't willing to help. The food was good but very expensive, and nothing was included. They seemed to be trying to take all your money with pricey, low-quality coffee.
