I can't recommend this hotel after the way my internet problem was handled. Reception said it wasn't their fault and that I could stay at another hotel if I didn't like it, then abruptly hung up on me. It was rude and unhelpful, and gave me the impression that management would rather shift blame than solve problems or prioritize guest satisfaction.

The view is amazing and the ambience is nice. The hotel is well located and the rooms are a decent size, but the toilets are built with no privacy. There's a very strange smell in the main corridor and in the rooms, and I wouldn't recommend the hotel food.

The view over Craiova is lovely, and we'll definitely come back. Breakfast is included in the room price, along with access to the pool. The pool was very clean and warm, with shallow spots for small children. Our large room was nice and very clean, with a clean bathroom, plenty of toiletries, slippers, and a bathrobe. The minibar had some alcohol, bottled water, and soda. Food at the restaurant was fresh and tasty, with decent prices, and the staff were amazing, very nice and helpful. 10/10.

The main downside is the location near the Craiova belt road. You can hear the large vehicles passing, and a taxi takes at least five minutes to arrive. The hotel itself is quite elegant, with big, very clean rooms and good quality materials. There are spacious grounds with nicely decorated greenery and a pool.
