Venus Central Lux Studio

I had read the reviews, but I don't agree with them. The host welcomed us warmly, and cleanliness was a 10. Everything was perfect, and I'll definitely come back and recommend it. I've stayed in many places around the country, and this one deserves a 10.

The place is close to the centre, but cleanliness could be much better. We had only a quarter roll of toilet paper for six nights, and the kitchen was badly stocked, with no detergent or decent sponge for washing dishes. There was constant noise and banging, with people going up and down the stairs as if nobody else was there. On Monday nights the doorbells were at full volume until 4 in the morning. I don't recommend it.

For 150 lei a night, the conditions were the worst. The room wasn't maintained and was just as cold inside as it was outside. When we arrived for the Christmas market, nobody even showed us to the room we'd booked. They looked around for rooms and talked to us over the phone, then led us to the reservation that way. That wasn't the main problem, though. We hadn't even opened the room door when they told us, "Leave the money in the mailbox now." Why? Because what they'd told us on the phone was a big lie. Before we arrived, I asked if the accommodation had heating. They replied, "is it a rhetorical question?" I said I was serious, and they told me not to worry. The room was freezing when we got there, so I left the radiators on full. When we came back in the evening, it was just as cold, if not worse. I called, but they didn't answer. The next day I called again and told them this wasn't normal, that I couldn't sleep in that many clothes and still stop freezing. A woman said that couldn't be true, everyone had heat, and there was no such issue. I explained everything in detail, and then, to get rid of us, she said she'd refund us for the discomfort. We waited and waited, but the money never came. Be careful with these bitches! I have proof of everything.

The rooms were filthy when we arrived: they hadn't been cleaned, and the bed linens were dirty and unchanged. We ended up buying cleaning products ourselves just to clean as guests. The owner also lies, saying the apartment's central heating works and the place is 24 degrees, when that heating hasn't warmed the room in years. We had to call him five times to get someone to bring the air conditioning remote so we could warm the room a little, since he wouldn't turn on the central heating. I wonder what happens when families with babies come here. Even an adult could get sick sleeping at that temperature. Don't be fooled by the photos or cross the threshold of these "hosts". They offer no conditions, take your money, and the attitude of the people managing the apartments is beyond words. Avoid the place and hosts at all costs. I'm attaching some photos below.
