The breakfast was basic, though the coffee was good, and the staff seemed to be trying to be pleasant. They also accept pets. The room itself was spacious and fairly clean, with clean towels, but there were no toiletries. The furniture and fittings are very old, and the hotel still seems much as it did when it received its three-star diplomas in 2011, with no improvements since then. It’s near a shopping center but not downtown. For these conditions, the price is far too high. It feels like a tourist trap.

We stayed just one night, and it was the first and last time. There was no service, the room wasn't clean, and there was no food.

Some investment is clearly needed here. Still, given what you pay for a room, the deal seems fair to me.

The location helps, and the hotel is at least somewhat decent. The service, though, deserves only one star. When we arrived, staff were arguing over the rooms because ours had apparently been given to a friend of the owner or someone like that. There was also no one at reception whenever I needed help, so I had to track down an employee each time I wanted something.

The staff seemed indifferent, and our table was left uncleared. We waited over 40 minutes for pancakes, only to be told they couldn't make more: my mother got two, while I received just one. On our first night, a party played very loud music until midnight. I also asked for a different pillow on both days and was told it couldn't be changed. The worst experience!
