The reception staff were extremely helpful, especially Ms. Claudia, who I'd recommend. The location is probably the best in Eforie Sud resort. It's a modest hotel, partly renovated in 2021, though the bathrooms still haven't been renovated. Housekeeping didn't come every morning.

Being close to the beach was the best part of the location. The hotel restaurant was closed, though, and our first night there was no hot water. The room was small, its carpet hadn't been vacuumed, and the hotel felt a bit dusty. Booking lists it as three stars, but to me it felt like a two-star place.
