Everything was very clean, the staff were really friendly, and there was a new refrigerator and air-conditioning. I highly recommend it.

The room was clean and quiet, and I had a lovely six-night stay. Whenever I needed information, the management and staff helped me with a lot of care and respect. Thanks to the hotel and its employees for everything, and for the service. I recommend it ❤️🙏

My vacation plans were thrown off by a cancellation just two days before my stay. I had booked through Travelminit a year ahead at the price shown then, but was told the reservation had been canceled because of “a mistake” and my money was refunded. Nobody contacted me during the intervening time to discuss another option. I found the way this was handled unprofessional and disrespectful to customers.

We stayed in room 201, which had plenty of space and the things we needed: air conditioning, a fridge, TV, Wi-Fi and a balcony. It was cleaned every day, and towels were changed often. The hotel was well kept and clean, and the staff were kind and attentive from check-in through the stay. Hotel Ibiza is in a quiet spot close to the train station and not far from the beaches. Restaurants and shops are nearby, and getting to the resort center is easy. We had a wonderful vacation and will come back. For what we paid, the quality was excellent.
