The two-floor layout seems well planned and would work for families, but the facilities were very poor. Cleanliness was awful, it hadn't even been swept, and there were lots of cockroaches. Some steps were broken. The coffee maker had a moldy filter and old coffee still in it. The beach is also farther away than the stated 500m.

I can't recommend it. The furniture was very old, the sofa was dirty and broken, and quite a few living room tiles were damaged. The cleaning was poor too, and one cleaner, Ms. Alexandra, was very arrogant. The beach is quite far away, not 500m as the website says. For the price, the quality is very poor.

There's a clean inner courtyard with a barbecue, and a shared rooftop terrace with sun loungers. I recommend it. Just bear in mind the beach is a little far, about a 12-15 minute walk, or 25 minutes with a child in tow.

It looks nice, but the villa was a bit dirty and crawling with cockroaches and spiders. We were without hot water for an entire evening. Wouldn't recommend it.

Peaceful, comfortable, and well equipped. I gave it five stars, though it deserved more. Bravo!
