The location was nice, and the owner responded quickly. But the bed was too hard for comfortable sleep, and the kitchen area didn’t look clean. The whole place needs a thorough cleaning. I also didn’t like having only a handheld shower; it needs a wall-mounted unit.

I was rushing to find a place and trusted the four stars shown on Google for Perla Falezei. Unfortunately, staying there overnight was disgusting. I was exhausted, so I stayed one night, then left the next day with marks on our skin from mosquitoes or some other insects. I was afraid to bathe or even shower because the tub was rusty and the shower dirty, which seemed like a high infection risk. The bedroom was dusty everywhere, and the kitchen cutlery was extremely dirty and very old. It didn’t feel safe to use because of the contamination risk. For your safety, please avoid this studio.

A lower price (€30) doesn’t mean a studio should have dust everywhere, a rusty and dirty bath, shower, and toilet, or cutlery that’s both rusty and dirty. The risks to skin health and safety were seriously underestimated. This business needs sanitation and disinfection treatment with chemicals right away.

The four-star rating and photos felt fake. We rented this studio after seeing very good reviews and nice pictures of a lovely room, but were disgusted and disappointed to find dust, dirt, and rust. For safety, we left after the first night without using the bath, shower, or cutlery because they were so filthy.
