For the price, breakfast and lunch or dinner were excellent choices compared with the more expensive options outside. It was the best experience I've had in years. Diana especially stood out, she was pleasant, professional, and very focused on the customer.

I won't come back. The room was ugly and terrible, and the toilet was sunk. I didn't like the atmosphere, and breakfast didn't look good. I asked to cancel breakfast, but they said it couldn't be done because I hadn't told them earlier, even though the invoice hadn't been made yet. I also asked for a coffee from the barista expressor, but that wasn't possible either. Parking was another problem. I couldn't find a spot, and the only option was paid public street parking. The place was very expensive for what it offered, and the staff didn't speak much Romanian. A bad experience overall.

My room was ready for an early check-in, which I appreciated. Great service, amenities, and location.

The room was spacious and clean, the staff were polite, and breakfast had a nice variety. The mattress had a hard, hot sponge layer, though, which made it very uncomfortable to sleep and rest. The air conditioner sits behind a wooden panel that you can move a little, but it restricts the airflow a lot. It might look nice, but it doesn't work well. The window only opens a little and has no mosquito net, so bugs can get in. I had to get rid of two big spiders, so be careful.
