Hotel Termal

It was fine.

The hotel is very clean, and the staff are really friendly. I had a good breakfast and very good food in the restaurant. Its location is great too, right across from Baile Daco-romane and the park. The park looked different from when I last saw it, with the grass cut, most paths paved, and the sports area redone. The town hall has done some good things, though there’s still more to do. Work was going on at the Olympic pool in Bai, and it looked like it might open in 5-10 days.

The hotel's location across from the Daco-Roman Baths was excellent, and our room was spacious, clean, and quiet. We arrived late, after the restaurant had closed, but the staff kindly brought us sandwiches and water. Everyone we dealt with was very polite and kind. We'd happily come back.

We chose Restaurant Termal for a family dinner and were really pleased with it. The room felt warm and elegant, with soft music and thoughtful decor, and the place would suit either dinner with friends or a romantic evening. Service was quick without making us feel rushed, and the staff greeted us warmly and paid attention to us. There’s a varied menu with something for different tastes. My pork ribs with rosemary potatoes were perfectly cooked, nicely seasoned, and served in a generous portion. The papanași with jam, their house dessert, were a lovely finish. I’d gladly go back.
