The spa is tastefully done, and the rooms have a distinctive design. The staff go the extra mile to make your stay a great experience, and the food deserves Michelin stars. I’d recommend this place to friends looking for a quiet corner to unwind.

A year later, I'm still comparing every new place I try to Meander, and none seem as appealing. I rarely write reviews, but that’s what finally made me leave one. It’s perfect for a couples’ getaway, with rooms that are all different and full of thoughtful details. Some even have very chic bathtubs. The food was amazing. We mentioned our vegetarian diet only moments before dinner, but the cook still made a wonderful dish, even though there are only a few options each day. My husband loved his meal too. We said we’d visit just for the food. The little pool is shaped and lit so it feels almost like a cave, in a good way, with lovely textures. We also had a massage and used the sauna and jacuzzi. I can’t remember any small unpleasant details now, since the whole stay was beyond our expectations.

The food was special, tasted great, and looked even better. I was there on a business trip, so it was a shame I didn’t have time for the sauna or small pool. It’s a cosy, lovely place with an attention to detail that makes it truly unique, including its beautiful touches of Hungarian art. I’d definitely return.

We came across this beautiful villa during a scenic drive across Europe, and it’s become the highlight of our journey so far. It feels welcoming and homely, and we liked it enough to extend our stay. The Meander Family have created something wonderful here. I highly recommend it.
