The view is amazing and the pool is nice, but bring a pool towel if you don't want to use your shower towel there. The place is advertised as five stars, but it doesn't live up to that. Without the pool, I'd call it two stars. It might be fine as a three star place, but it's frustrating that it claims five and doesn't even meet three star standards. There wasn't anyone at reception during all four days we stayed, and there were no customer amenities or service. Both rooms we booked had shower cabins with all the buttons broken, and the shower floor was peeling. There were no useful places to hang hand towels, and the single small hook over the door only fit one bath towel. We ended up hanging both towels on the heating system. Paint was cracking above the door and in other random spots. The bed cover was too small for the bed and a bit tight for two people. The pillows were large and hard, and smelled a little. The furniture is old and things feel outdated. Breakfast is ordered from a menu. For vegetarians, the options are basically bread with jam. They do offer different omelettes, boiled or fried eggs, and a plate of cold cuts and cheese. You can also buy butter, jam, cheese, and some traditional meat cuts individually.

The area around where you sleep feels heavenly, so quiet, with wonderfully clean air. The service was very nice and the people were kind, which were real pluses. Inside it's cozy, though the rooms aren't the best looking and could use improvements. Still, the area you stay in makes that matter less.

The location is the best part, tucked into a small valley among mountains and great for getting out into nature. The property is nice, with a full service restaurant, pool, and tennis court, and the rooms are spacious with balconies. The main issue was understaffing. The person who checked us in was also serving in the restaurant, so service was very slow. Restaurant prices were high, and checkout at 10am felt unusually early.

The food was fine, but the service was a mess. We had a simple order for four people and the child waiters got it wrong three times. They forgot a portion of fries, brought the wrong soup, and tried to serve ribs we hadn't ordered. Then they added NA beer to the bill because "we are not allowed to serve alcohol", without accounting for the price difference. I'd rather cook dinner myself than come back to this restaurant unless they replace the waiters with adults.

We visited on a Sunday when it was very quiet, and it didn't feel welcoming, perhaps because there weren't many guests around that day. The beer was warm and the food was cold. It's a great location, but I can't recommend it right now.
