It's a fabulous old mansion converted into a hotel, with big, clean rooms, tall ceilings, and tall doors that give it an old-world feel. The breakfast and restaurant food were great, and the owners are absolutely fabulous and friendly.

The portions are enormous and the food is more than delicious. Rooms are large and clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

One waiter led us to our table, but a different one spoke to us so condescendingly that we chose to leave. The service was extremely basic and disappointing.

Beautiful furniture and décor made the room really nice, and the food was good too. The people were nice, and Corvin Castle and the Toy Train Museum are both within walking distance, making this a perfect place to stay in the area.

We only ate at the restaurant, and were very impressed by how fresh the food was, the quality, and the choice of made-to-order vegetarian dishes. I'd recommend it whether or not you're vegetarian, especially since so few places cater to us. Don't let the old-fashioned restaurant look put you off, the food is fab. Their traditional papanasi were the best we've ever had.
