Avoid this hotel. We recently booked it for my children while they were in Iași for a competition, and their stay was nothing like we expected. The rooms had no heat at night. They told reception, but the problem wasn't fixed. My children slept wearing three pairs of pants, shirts, and thick jackets, and came home sick. Failing to provide basic comfort in cold weather in 2025 is unacceptable. The staff's lack of response after being told about the heating problem is baffling. I hope this helps others avoid a hotel that doesn't meet the comfort and safety standards guests should be able to expect.

The room was quite cold, and the staff were rude.
