The newly built building is clean and nice, with underground parking and above-ground parking that's paid by the day. Nearby there's Nicolina international train station, two supermarkets, and a car wash. There are a few ways to get downtown, so rush-hour traffic jams shouldn't be a problem. I rented a one-bedroom apartment with a small kitchenette and a balcony with a nice view from the 9th floor. I really wish there were an EV charging facility on the premises, even a paid one. The entrance is quite hidden, on the opposite side from the above-ground car park. There's a direct entrance from the underground car park.

The apartment had everything we needed and was really nice. A couple of things bothered me, though. The walls are so thin that you can easily hear the neighbors talking. Also, checkout is before 10, while I’m used to noon. When I book a hotel or apartment in Iasi, I can usually cancel free of charge until a few days before, but here free cancellation only lasted a few days after booking.

It’s new and practical, with an elegant feel, and set in a good part of the city. It had everything I needed.
