The staff were nice and replied quickly, and the furnished apartments were nice and in decent areas. The only downside is that the price is way too high for what they offer.

Excellent, and very close to the palace mall.

Really easy check-in and check-out, excellent location, and great value for money.

We booked a month ahead, but two hours before we were due to arrive, we were forced to cancel because they said, “we don’t have the property.” The messages on Booking had become unbearable, incoherent, and grammatically incorrect, so we tried calling the owner. Every call was rejected.

I booked through booking.com expecting the apartment on Palade Street, but was given a shabby studio on the outskirts with completely different conditions. Cozy apartaments are completely unserious. You pay for one thing and get another. Professional scammers, a scam!
