The sweetshop downstairs sends a hard-to-resist smell through the whole reception, right from the entrance. I also appreciated the electric charging station in the parking lot. Parking and charging both cost extra, even for hotel guests, though you can pay the hotel directly at a fair price without installing an app or adding credit. The hotel is decent and has what you need, with a really good location and clean rooms, but it feels a little old and behind other four-star hotels.

We were grateful to the Select Hotel staff for the warm welcome and high level of service. Everything, from the atmosphere and restaurant to the room, parking, location, and breakfast, went beyond what we expected. We had a thoroughly enjoyable Christmas retreat.

The food was tasty and nicely prepared, and the hotel’s patisserie is excellent. Service was attentive, too. It has a pleasant atmosphere and sits very close to the city center, a large shopping centre, cultural centres, and theatres.

We could walk to lots of things nearby, since the hotel is right in the center. It’s a proper four-star place, with helpful, professional, kind staff. Our room was roomy, clean, and comfortable. Really nice hotel, highly recommend.

We ended up here for one night after our flight was cancelled. The hotel’s location is great, and the staircase and restaurant are beautiful. The room and bathroom are spacious. We were worn out and slept well; I didn’t notice much noise overnight, though traffic could be noisy.
