The staff were warm and the place was clean, but our advance booking didn’t go to plan. We’d asked for a non-smoking room with air conditioning. Before we arrived, we were told the only room left with air conditioning had a broken unit. They offered a smoking room, where the cigarette smell was strong, while the non-smoking room had an odd smell. They gave us 15 ron off for the trouble. The ground floor was a bit noisy, since you could hear people arriving and the concierge passing on information. Later edit: I wrote this review in August 2018 under my Google username. They replied five years later and called it fake. I think that says enough. Thank you.
