There's a free spa with a pool, which is a big plus. The location is great, with everything close enough to reach on foot. Rooms are pleasant and clean, though a little dated. Breakfast is superb with a big variety, but the selection repeats each day.

The staff are really friendly and make you feel like a valued customer. The location is great, and the spa area is nice. I also enjoyed relaxing at the Panoramic restaurant and having its lovely desserts. I'd stay here again.

I used the SPA today, including the pool, sauna, steam room, and other facilities. The atmosphere is relaxing, and I enjoyed unwinding in the salt room. The space is small, though, and the pool is smaller than a standard Olympic pool. That's not a huge problem by itself, but the price is extremely high compared with other places, including more advanced facilities in other countries. I paid 30 euros for the day, 26 euros for entry and 4 for the head cover. With all respect, it might be a nice hotel, but this feels like a rip-off. The sauna was too hot to stay in for long, and the steam room got so hot and steamy that people couldn't use it for long either. I won't be going back anytime soon.

The breakfast was a great start to our days, with fruit, yoghurt, pastries, cereal, toast, fish, meats, cheese, eggs cooked several ways, bacon, sausage, pickles, and drinks. Our room was spotless and en suite, and from the 8th floor we could look over the square and the cafés, bars, and restaurants below. The staff were friendly and offered useful ideas for places to see. It’s a handy base for exploring the city and meeting its lovely people, with everything close by.
