You can leave your ski gear safely in the hallway, and there’s parking even though cars can’t reach the Cabin, just take the shuttle bus. The place is clean, with a lovely view and a spot close to the chairlift. Meals are all-you-can-eat, with still water and traditional alcoholic drinks included, and the menu is varied and complete. There’s also a bar for a small selection of drinks, including a couple of beers, good coffee and fresh drinks. The staff are friendly and the prices are nice. One of the best places to stay in Straja.

We stayed four nights and would happily book again. The food was very good, and the staff were kind and sorted out everything we asked for. The room was lovely, with a beautiful view, and there are well-organized rooms for ski equipment. The only small annoyance was that the shower water temperature kept changing.

The soups were amazing, and the chicken and mushroom stew was just as good. Some dishes may feel a bit pricey, but they use handpicked mushrooms, and the prices overall are decent. Edelweiss is a good-looking, family-run place with excellent service. I’d say it has the best restaurant in Straja, and I’d gladly recommend it.

The food tastes good, just not enough of it :) My two main issues were having no lockers by the door and no insect screens on the windows. If you open one, huge mosquitoes get into the room, bigger than any I’ve seen.

Right next to the teleski, Edelweiss is a lovely spot to spend time with all your friends. The food is awesome, proper food, and the staff are so good they’ll do whatever they can to make your stay the best. It’s cozy too. Love this place, and thank you!
