The noise ruined the holiday for me. This is a family area, but the surroundings played music as if it were Sunny Beach in Bulgaria, extremely loud from 10 a.m. or earlier until midnight. Three different beats from different places all day completely wrecked my break. The nearby playground was nothing in comparison. I need a vacation after this vacation. The building also seems to have been made with materials that were too cheap, especially the water taps, shower, kitchen sink, and non-stainless drying rack. Staff responded fairly quickly when we reported missing curtains, a toilet that wouldn't flush, and an air conditioner that wasn't working properly. But they didn't really fix the AC or toilet. The oven wasn't connected, and there weren't any trays that could go in it anyway.

The amenities are pretty average, but we had no complaints during our stay over the Easter holidays. There's a pool, sauna, and gym in the neighboring building. We just needed a broom so we could clean ourselves. The laundry wasn't perfectly clean either, as I found hair and other debris there.

A real disappointment. We were three adults and a toddler, and went three days without AC. We figured it hadn't worked for a long time. The refrigerator had problems, and cleanliness was poor. The sofa was uncomfortable, the armchairs were dirty, and there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom and kitchen, among other things.

The complex has pools for both children and adults, and the apartments are spacious with new furniture. The kitchen comes equipped with everything you need.
