Really, really awful. The toilets were dirty, and the lights didn't work. Just terrible.

The pool was great, clean, and clearly well cared for, and the owner communicated really well with us throughout the stay. Our apartment was spotless and had all the amenities we could need, so we had a wonderful, comfortable visit. You can hear people in the room if they’re making noise in the corridor, which is the one small thing to be aware of. Even so, we loved our time here and would definitely return.

We came on holiday with our children, but the state of apartment 27 in N10, Mamaia, Alezzi turned the stay into a stressful experience. The mattress was dusty, the table was dirty, the coffee cups were unwashed, and the bathroom was disgusting. I took photos. I’d made the reservation, and I contacted the administrator to report the mess. He said he’d come in five minutes; I told him there was no need since we were heading out with the kids, but said the condition wasn’t normal and couldn’t be ignored. Soon after, a man knocked aggressively at the door, visibly angry and completely unprofessional, and introduced himself as a “supervisor.” He refused to talk to me, even though I’d booked, and insisted on speaking only to my husband. Then he raised his voice and got agitated in front of my children, creating a tense, unpleasant scene. There was no respect, empathy, or basic common sense. I didn’t come on vacation with kids to clean toilets, wash cups, or be treated like a nuisance. A place that claims to be premium shouldn’t have these conditions or this kind of toxic staff behavior. I absolutely do not recommend it. The lack of cleanliness and the offensive attitude caused unnecessary stress for me and my children. Shame.

Tourists should be warned: you won’t be treated with respect here either. They threatened to call the police, but the playground is open to the public, with no security, and legally anyone can enter. People do enter every day. The area may be private, but if you live in a house for nine months of the year, you can go to a playground. When you move out temporarily for the summer, though, they attack you like animals and shout in front of your child. The management is terrible. The only people walking around are cleaning ladies and strange old men, and they’re rude. Threats, shouting, and waving arms in front of a child should be reported to the police.
