The area around the flat in Constansa is a major construction site right now, though it might be great once it’s finished. We visited in late August, during peak holiday season, so perhaps that affected things, but it wasn’t worth the money. We left after one night and drove to the Carpathian mountains, where we found refurbished castles with breakfast and two separate rooms for less than this apartment. The mountain area is much more established and better for tourists, so I’d go there.
