We'd booked and paid about 100 euros in advance for one night in summer 2025. When my wife, daughter and I arrived to check in, the owner's manner changed from fake-friendly to terrible after I asked whether our belongings would be safe in the apartment. His replies shocked us, so we cancelled right then because his behavior felt completely unprofessional. I was threatened and he nearly got physical with me, with my small daughter there and absolutely terrified. This was at Tomis Villa Apartment deluxe-family 34, Mamaia Nord. If anyone wants the owner's contact details for this apartment complex, I'm willing to share them. Stay away for your own safety. Honestly, your client.

For six years we've paid construction-site electricity rates, about double the market price, because Enel won't accept the substandard installation. Water cuts off at 7pm, and the undersized pumping station breaks every couple of weeks. The only good part is that we can communicate with the neighbors without problems thanks to the 2.5 cm patches 😂😂. I laugh, then start crying. Biggest mistake of my life. Check the technical details before buying anything. Their last project in Tomis Plus is a disaster.

I bought a studio, and I really appreciate the kindness and patience of sales manager Mr. Traian and project developer Ms. Petronela Gheorghe. The dtpv area is super, and the construction is to the highest standards. Choose this location and you'll extend your life!
