The location is handy, with the beach about a seven-minute walk away and shops within ten minutes. They clean the rooms every day, and will change the towels daily if you want. It is clean, but the small rooms are really, really tiny, like one-star rooms. The bed fits one person, or two skinny people. The furniture and bathroom are old, and some things are a little broken. There's also not enough closet space for your clothes. There are larger rooms as well as the more affordable ones.

The area was still free of villas and apartment buildings back then, and it was quite a sight to see. I stayed here during the off season when I was in college, some years ago, and it was well worth it. The owner was pleasant too.

They don't care where you park your car. Just pay for the room, then put your car in hell. Better to go to Topaz.

If you like arriving to find the price has changed, this is the place for you. There were no towels, no AC, and the service was rude.

The price was good. The rooms were okay, I guess.
