There are plenty of places to eat nearby, from self-service spots to a few restaurants, and shops like Profi, Mega Image, and Lidl too. The courtyard is nicely decorated, and the location is very close to the sea. The main downside is just one elevator per stairwell block. With so many apartments on each level, you often have to wait.

I've been coming back every year since it opened, sometimes three times in a season. The beach is very close, and parking is inside the grounds, reached by a car gate guarded around the clock. I always feel great here and can't wait to return.

In Mamaia-Sat, this residential complex stands out with five blocks, each six stories tall. A fence surrounds it, and people control entry at the barrier. The five buildings border an internal park, where there's a chic restaurant, and there's generous parking for all the apartments, too.

It's a good complex for a holiday, but I don't think it works well for a longer stay. The kitchens in all the apartments are very inconvenient, with double cooktops, and most don't have an oven.
