There's plenty of room on the balcony to sit and relax with a cold drink from the fridge. The building is close to La Scoica, La Pește, and Hanul piratilor. I saw that the building's logo had been installed today, but didn't get a chance to photograph it. The studio is on the second floor and has a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and balcony. Parking is in front of the building, and you get through the barrier using a mobile phone number. The internet is okay, and the gas boiler works fine. The kitchen has what you need to live there. The TV is hard to watch during the day because outside light shines right on the screen. The shower was a lovely surprise. Of all the showers I've used on the Black Sea coast, this was the first with a clear drain and no water leaking into the bathroom while I showered.

The host deserves thanks! The location was excellent, decorated with great taste, and incredibly clean, 10* by my reckoning. Everything was superb!!!

The hosts were super friendly, and the apartment had everything I needed. Prices were reasonable, and the beach is 300 meters away. A superb place.
