I booked a room, but when we arrived the owner told us there were no rooms left. We had to find another place in town. They can't be trusted, and I don't recommend them.

I booked a room, but when we arrived the owner told us there were no rooms left. We had to find another place in town. They can't be trusted, and I don't recommend them.
The room was nice and spacious, but cleaning only happens every three days. For what we paid, I don't think that's acceptable.
Exceptional!
We stayed here through a program, so I can't comment on the service. The hostess was very pleasant. It's a cozy place with a kitchen and bright rooms. Ours had a bed with white linens, a balcony, bedside cabinet, minibar, a table with a cabinet, mirror, chairs, wardrobe, plenty of hangers, space for shoes and a suitcase, a large shelf, TV, and power outlets. The bathroom had towels, a hairdryer, shower cabin, a window for ventilation, a towel rack, and a mat. There's a Lidl nearby, which is very convenient, as well as a minibus stop. The sea is 10 minutes away, and there's a pharmacy nearby. The hall has a large sofa, armchairs, little tables, and a huge TV with Wi-Fi.
We paid 550 lei for two nights without breakfast, which felt like a very high price. For that amount in Brasov, I'd stayed at a hotel near the center with breakfast included. The room smelled unbearably bad, the sheets were moldy, and the fridge was rusty. The staff were rude and didn't even answer when we said hello, so there was no friendly welcome. It was clearly my first and last time staying there.
