I can't see why this place has four stars. At best, I'd give it two. The all-inclusive service seems to exist in name only: there was no bar, no minibar, and the food was the cheapest ham from the store. The receptionist acted like she didn't know anything.

Being near the beach is the one good thing, and there are other places to stay nearby. The power kept going out. They gave us restaurant credit, but after waiting 2 1/2 hours, we were served undercooked chicken and were still expected to use the rest of the credit there. We tried the sister restaurant instead, but waited over two hours again. Service was awful, they forgot food, and after the computer went down they had to add things by hand, which took another 40 minutes before we could leave. The phone didn't work either, and the shower flooded the bathroom. They promised to fix those problems, but after four days nothing had been fixed. If you have older children, expect to book two rooms that might not even be next to each other. They claim it's a four-star hotel, but it isn't close. Save your money and go somewhere worth it.

The rooms might be closer to four-star quality, but the location, professional management, and quality of the staff bring the experience up to five. Breakfast deserves a mention too, and the staff were really lovely.

The only thing that made the stay worthwhile was the sea view, if you get a room facing the water. The place feels old, and I found the food especially disappointing: the all-inclusive offer was just meals, with the lowest quality I've come across. Meat was nearly always cold, and I wouldn't risk the clams. Tables were usually dirty, so we had to eat among plates with leftovers. I met only one woman on staff who could communicate in English. There’s no bar, minibar, or spa. This doesn’t feel like a four-star hotel, maybe two at best. A pool seems to be enough for four stars these days. I wouldn’t recommend it or choose it again.
