I had a fantastic stay here in August 2024 and will visit Romania again. We got great service at meals, especially from Akash from Pakistan, who was very kind and attentive. The location is excellent.

Reception staff were exceptional, awesome, and very professional, five stars for them. The rooms were clean and almost impeccable, which felt like four-star quality. Restaurant staff were another story: they need replacing, or someone needs to teach them how the business works, that sanitary measures aren’t a joke, and how to answer customers’ questions about food. Two stars for that.

The seaside rooms cost more and have a better TV that actually works. The rooms are small and pretty noisy, and the Wi-Fi coverage is awful, though mobile data is faster anyway. Just don’t eat at the restaurant and you’ll be safe. At check-in, I noticed some inventory items were missing and told the receptionist. Nobody came to check, but at checkout I was asked what had happened to the missing things. The maid, who was probably supposed to make sure everything was in the room before we arrived, was loud and aggressive about it.

Avoid the restaurant and you should be fine. Seaside rooms cost more and have a better, working TV. Wi-Fi coverage was terrible, though mobile data was faster anyway.

The dining room was dirty, the food was terrible, and breakfast was a joke. The bathroom was extremely unclean too. One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in. I’d give it two stars at most, and I’d steer clear if you hear about it.
