I recently came across photos of the accommodation, and sadly it looks badly neglected and very dirty. The bed seems to be in poor shape, with hair all over the place.

We found the apartment clean, with a comfortable bed and a kitchen that had everything we needed. It was a private studio on an upper floor, and the balcony looked out over the sea and beach. The host was easy to communicate with. One downside was disco noise on weekends. If you're driving, you have to renew the parking ticket in the app every four hours. We asked the city of Constanza and found out there aren't daily or weekly tickets, so remembering to keep renewing it got really annoying. This is an update from our 2022 stay.
