The reception ladies were kind, and after our first room smelled of cigarette smoke, they did move us to another one. We only stayed two nights on a last-minute booking, and I can't comment on the restaurant food because we didn't try it. The location is handy for Mamaia Beach and the amusement park, but it isn't a quiet area. The rooms felt very dated, especially the bathroom and mattress, and the walls were so thin we could hear the hallway and other rooms. Guests were loud out there after 23:00, with no one from management asking them to quiet down. There don't seem to be nonsmoking rooms. Every room has an ashtray, and smoke from balconies comes inside even if people aren't smoking in the room.

The room was nice and the prices were decent, but the staff really let us down. A receptionist abruptly said we had to check out at 11 instead of 12, with no reason given. We had our one-month-old baby with us. We're definitely not coming back.

The mattress was poor, and the rooms were badly furnished and not maintained. At night, the hotel entrance has no lighting, and there was trash and leftover food on the stairs outside. I wouldn't stay here, even briefly.

We had a pleasant stay. The rooms were clean, breakfast was tasty, and there were parking spaces reserved for hotel guests. The staff were friendly and helped with everything we needed.

The rooms are nice, but the hotel staff made me leave earlier than I was supposed to. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
